How long does the belt have to wear?

The length of time you wear a suppor belt protector cannot be generalized. If the symptoms are acute during the acute phase of low back pain, it is recommended to rest in bed, relieve symptoms or wear a belt under the ground for three days. After the acute phase, if the symptoms of low back pain are heavy, you should wear it frequently. Do not take it off at any time. If you are sick, you can wear a belt when you are out, especially if you are standing for a long time or sitting in a posture. However, it should be noted that the belt is not worn when sleeping or in bed.
